1. About these terms

This website is operated by Middle East Machinery FZE (“we”, “us”, “our”), a trading company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its head office in Fujairah Free Zone and warehouses in Dubai Investment Park. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided for general information about our products and services. You may browse it and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or disrupt it.

3. Information and availability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are indicative only, may change without notice, and depend on our suppliers. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form, or contacting us by WhatsApp, email or phone, is a request for information only. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and it is accepted, or when both parties otherwise agree in writing on the specific terms of a supply. A quotation is valid only for the period and on the conditions stated in it.

5. Export controls and sanctions

The machinery and spare parts we source come from manufacturers in many countries, and their supply, shipment and re-export may be subject to export control, customs and sanctions rules — including those of the United Arab Emirates and of the country the goods come from. We supply only where those rules allow it. By sending an enquiry you confirm that neither you nor the end user of the goods is targeted by applicable sanctions or export restrictions, and that the goods will not be re-exported in breach of them. We may ask for end-user details before quoting, and we may decline or stop any enquiry, quotation or supply that we believe would conflict with these rules.

6. Trademarks and third-party brands

Brand and manufacturer names shown on this website (for example on our Brands page) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment and spare parts we can source and supply. Their appearance does not imply that Middle East Machinery FZE is an authorised dealer, agent or partner of, or is endorsed by, any of those manufacturers, unless we state this explicitly in writing.

7. Our intellectual property

The layout, text, graphics and logo of this website are owned by or licensed to Middle East Machinery FZE and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any information on it. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law of the United Arab Emirates.
